accepted using special sponsor
Diners Applications. Once you get
the application, simply review it and
fill it out like any other credit card
application that you get in the mail.
Send it to Diners Club and you will
be credited with 1,000 miles per
month for 12 months. All you have to
do is use the card once per month.
Diners club is good at Shell and
Exxon gas stations and restaurants,
the post office, Barnes and Noble
and a host of other establishments.
You also receive one mile for every
dollar charged on the Diners Club
card. 

Once the miles are in your Diners
account, you can just call Diners
and have them transfer the miles into
any FF account you choose. You
can even transfer them into your
family or friends FF account. You
could transfer 2,000 miles into your
Delta account, 4,000 into your AA
account, 6,000 into your Delta
account or however you wish to
break up the miles.
